As the many stages of life, a Monarch Butterfly must go through to become its beautiful self. Many of us must endure the same. There are many things we must go through as an individual to learn and improve ourselves to be better people. The Stepping down Emperess will present this award to a line member that they feel is most Improved throughout the year. The Line member can be Male, Female, Non-Binary.
